Payment invoice will be sent 12 hours to your email account after buying. Any bank charges due to provincial interbank fees are to be shouldered by the buyer. Payment methods accepted, in order of preference, are:
- BDO bank deposit
- BPI Family (NOT BPI!) bank deposit
- GCash (+ 3% surchage)
- Paypal (+ 5% handling fee)
- LBC Pera Padala
- Cebuana Lhuiller
Payment should be make at a maximum of three days after your order is confirmed otherwise you lose your item reservation. Payment details will be given to you once you’re confirmed your ordered items along with shipping rates.
For money order payments (LBC, Cebuana, etc.), please make sure our name is complete is correct, otherwise your payment won’t be released to us. In those cases, we reserve the right to hold your order until corrections on the name has been made.
The buyer will shoulder the shipping cost. The item will be shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed unless on weekends or holidays.
I ship via XEND Express / Fastrack. Shipping rates are as follow for the first 500 grams for Metro Manila and first 1kg for other areas:
- Metro Manila : P50 (Per additional kg: P22)
- Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao : P100 (Per additional kg: P62)
You will be notified once your package has been picked up for delivery and we will send you the tracking number so you can track your package online.
Items will be securely packaged and bubble-wrapped to prevent damage during delivery. I do combine shipping for multiple items purchased within a three-day period.
There will be NO SAME DAY DELIVERY.

Shipping charges will depend on your courier choice and order weight. Total shipping cost will be emailed to you when your order is confirmed.
Shipping delays should be addressed to the courier. Check your package status online. Please call/email either Fastrack or Xend regarding your package and present your tracking number.
Please wait 24 hours before tracking your order online. If you don’t see your order via the tracking option on the courier website, chances are the their website has not yet been updated.
