Pre-Order Guidelines
- Please make the payment once you’ve placed the order. Order will not be placed if we didn’t receive the payment within 3 days period.
- If any items are no longer available, we will contact you and refund you the total amount.
- Once we’ve ordered from the factory, it will take around 10 days to arrive our shop.
- Once we received and checked the items, we will ship the items within 1-3 days to all customers.
- Our factory located at overseas, sometimes shipment might be delayed due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances.
- We only accept return if the items have more than 5cm stain, holes or cloths send out wrongly by us.
