Pre-Order Reminders
- Please ask all your questions BEFORE you confirm your order.
- We check all the items for damage, stains, etc. before we ship them out so
- All confirmed orders are deemed final! We do not accept cancellations or refunds for cancellations so please double check your items before you order.
- Read and check the product description of the item/s you are buying first, like the size, various measurements, etc.
- Each photo and detail of the items is provided by Supplier. We do not bear any responsibility for the pre-order clothes problem: eg. quality and color variation problem. At certain times, the color of the items displayed may not represent the actual item color which may be due to color lighting, photography lighting. As such, the items color may not represent 100% similarity to that of the pictures displayed.
- Might have few cm of difference from the items’ measurement provided.
- Items can be returned to us if customer receive different model or different color of items that is not in your order list.
- Payment is not refundable within the stock pending period, but if order is out of stock, 100% payment will be refunded.
- Pre-Order clothes would take approximately 10 days from the closing date to reach our store, please DO NOT place order if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive.
